Nevermind - 2012 is a fresh new year, and I'm off to a great start as I've just begun ordering parts to build a Shapeoko. Making my own CNC machine has been something I've been thinking about and researching online for quite some time now, and meanwhile I've been saving up, and finally I've found a design that's within reach.
I hope to be able to make all sorts of things with it when it's done, including PCBs, which will hopefully unblock another project that has stalled due to needing a cheap way to make PCBs.
